Who owns 146 Eats???

Jimmy and Shirley Smith, lifelong residents of Baytown, Texas, are the heart and soul behind the community’s newest food truck park. Married since 1987, the Smiths have spent decades building a life rooted in family, hard work, and a deep love for their hometown. Together, they’ve raised two children, Wade and Rachel, and are proud grandparents to five energetic grandchildren who keep their hearts full. Outside of their entrepreneurial ventures, the Smiths enjoy tending to their cattle and exploring new places through their shared passion for travel. Their love of community and connection has inspired them to create a welcoming space for families and food enthusiasts alike.

When they’re not managing the food truck park, Jimmy and Shirley run WOWCO Kubota, their family-owned tractor dealership that has served Baytown since 1987. Known for their dedication and customer-focused approach, the Smiths have built WOWCO into a trusted name for hardworking Texans. Now, they’re bringing the same level of care and commitment to their food truck park, aiming to provide a space where locals can gather, enjoy diverse cuisine, and create lasting memories. For Jimmy and Shirley, this venture is more than a business—it’s another way to give back to the community they’ve always called home.
